- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I just wanted to give you a heads up that it's not very easy to close an account with iTransact. I called and asked them to close my account about two years ago. I recently received an account fee saying that my account was still active (I called them and they're going to reimburse the fee). I called them today and asked them again to close my account, but they said a phone call is not sufficient. They require you to print and fill out an account closure form and send it to them in the mail, or fax/email a filled out form. Anyway, it's a bit of an unnecessary pain for customers in my opinion. I don't mean to be unkind in leaving this review, but I want them to have the feedback, since I'm sure I'm not the only business owner who's attempted (unsuccessfully) to close their iTransact account and been hit with unanticipated fees.By Alex Balinski, March 11, 2017
