  Justin and Sherida are amazing. In a lifetime of buying insurance no one has provided better service or better products. Excellent people who feel like an extension of my own family. They absolutely have your best interests at heart and when you need their services after an accident you will be glad you went with State Farm instead of the stupid lizard.

  My husband and I were shopping around for insurance. After contacting several different companies, we went with State Farm because their customer service was simply amazing!   I've had some bad luck that past couple of years with my car (i.e. some speeding tickets and a car wreck or two). I've been so grateful, not just for a great insurance company that I feel like provides excellent service but for an agent who really does look out for his clients. Justin is quick to respond to questions and problems. His office is extremely professional. You never want to have to use your insurance company but when you do, you want an agent like Justin.

  I was so hesitant to change insurance agents after being with my previous insurance provider for over 10 years. I did have a relationship with that other company. I met Justin and I just liked him. I asked him to just give me a bid on insurance. I was still hesitant to change because of my other relationship. I called the other guy up and explained that I was going to try another company for a bit. Well... I have loved working with Justin even better than my other great guy. Justin is so responsive to calls and emails. Justin will reply in 30 seconds and even on nights and weekends. I recently filed my first claim and Justin asked me how things were going. When I told him I thought one more thing could be added to "make me whole" he said he would call and see what he could do. He went to bat for me and it got resolved. My truck looks great now and I have an increased appreciation for my truck. What I would like to let anyone know is that when you hire Justin you will be making a great friend and knowledgeable resource. I'm convinced that no one in the insurance world is as responsive and professional as Justin. I consider it one of the good business decisions I have made, switching to Justin. I tell all my friends about him and I highly recommend using him as your agent. I hope this was helpful.
